MLS manage the delivery of recruitment and labour hire services to clients through leading providers.
How are we different?
MLS is a neutral vendor. We are not direct providers of recruitment services or contingent labour services and we are independent of the providers we manage.
Unlike most neutral vendor models, MLS does not insert itself between the client and agencies and require the agencies to deal exclusively with MLS rather than directly with the client.
The MLS managed services model is vendor funded; the client only pays when they use contingent labour or when a permanent role has been filled.
There is no “on top” management fee. In short the client enjoys the benefits of a managed solution at no extra cost.
We recognise the value that leading agencies deliver to clients. The MLS solution enhances the agency/client relationship. We work closely with both clients and agencies to align agency capabilities to the client’s ongoing needs. Clients benefit from improved service and better recruitment outcomes, while the agencies build capability and strengthen their client relationships.
The agencies we work with provide national coverage across virtually all industry sectors enabling us to assist with client’s recruitment needs regardless of where sites are located, the type of roles or the number of staff required.Each provider must satisfy rigorous standards in relation to candidate sourcing, screening, management and WHS as well as demonstrating strong capability and expertise in one or multiple sectors.
MLS work with both clients and agencies at each stage of the recruitment process to ensure that quality and service expectations are met. Clients gain increased visibility to spend and activity, while standard contracts and policies simplify the recruitment process.
