An MLS managed solution for recruitment and labour hire gives clients access to leading providers at market competitive rates while streamlining processes to reduce the clients administrative workload.

The MLS solution is vendor funded, the client only pays the agreed charge rate when using labour hire services. There is no “on top” management fee. In short the client enjoys the benefits of a managed service at no extra cost.

MLS carry out a  comprehensive  “needs  analysis”  at the outset to build an understand of the clients requirements and challenges. Where required MLS will facilitate a seamless transition of candidates to preferred service providers. The process for sourcing labour hire does not change. Clients continue to source labour directly through the selected service providers.

Once the client has approved timesheets, the Service Providers pays the candidates weekly as they do currently. The Service Providers each invoice MLS weekly with all invoices supported by a weekly payroll spreadsheet. MLS provide clients with a  single consolidated weekly invoice with supporting consolidated or cost centre breakdown as required.

A suite of reports detailing Spend, Detailed Hours and Headcount provides visibility to spend and activity while standard contracts and policies makes it easier to manage compliance.

MLS manage the  service  provider’s  performance  in delivery of the services, conducting periodic performance reviews and working closely with service providers and clients to resolve any escalated issues.
